or to adopt any other measures which ensure a clear view of the aeronautical lights and clearly distinguish them from the said similar lights.

 

3. Under the preceding paragraph, any similar lights already installed at the time of the installation of aeronautical lights, the cost incurred in adopting the measures under the same paragraph, shall be borne by the provider of the aeronantical lights concerned.

 

(Prohibited Acts)
Article 53. No person shall damage runways, taxiways or any other important installations or the air navigation facilities on the aerodrome as stipulated in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, nor commit such acts that are likely to impede or terminate the operations thereof.

 

2. No person shall, within the precincts of the aerodrome, throw any objects at aeroplanes, nor commit such acts as specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, which may be considered dangerous to the safe of operation aircraft.

 

3. No person shall be admitted to enter landing areas, taxiways, aprons area or hangars or their environs without specific purpose or requirement.

 

(User Fees)
Article 54. The aerodrome operator or the air navigation facility operator shall obtain permission from the Minister of Transport, for establishing the user fees for aerodromes or air navigation facilities for public use. The same shall apply when the said operator decides to effect changes to the charges.

 

(Administration Regulations)
Article 54-(2). The aerodrome operator shall enact the administrative regulations regarding the conditions for the utilization of public aerodromes and other items for operation of services in accordance with the Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, and shall display the administration regulations in a location where they may easily be seen by aerodrome users.

 

2. The aerodrome operator under the preceding paragraph shall obtain permission from the Minister of Transport, for enacting the administration regulations under the same paragraph or alterations thereof.

 

(Succession to the Status of the Aerodrome Operator, etc.)
Article 55. The status of aerodrome operator or of air navigation facility operator under this Law shall not be succeeded thereto unless any person who intends to succeed to it has obtained permission from the Minister of Transport, except in the case of paragraph 3.
